What sizes do you make?

Three: a 12" LP mailer, a 10" mailer and a 7" mailer. All three use the same fold and the same 100% recycled corrugate.

How many records fit in the 12" mailer?

Up to three single LPs or two double LPs. It also takes a folded, bagged t-shirt alongside the record without bulging.

Do I need a corrugate pad or insert?

No. The mailer is designed to hold the record on its own, so there is one less part to buy, stock and fold.

What quantities can I buy?

Packs of 25, 50, 100 and 200 for the 12", and 25, 100 and 200 for the 7" and 10". Half and full pallets are also available: 600 mailers per 12" pallet, 900 per 7" or 10" pallet.

How does shipping work?

We ship within the United States only, from Austin, Texas. Packs ship by UPS Ground, calculated at checkout, and leave in 1 to 5 business days. Pallets ship by LTL freight. Freight is not charged at checkout; we email you a quote and book delivery once you approve it.

Can you print our name on the box?

Yes. We print on boxes, mailers and bags up to 11.7" wide. Email orders@the-famous.com with what you are printing, the quantity and when you need it, and we will quote it.
